Here is what we do, and don’t do, with information on this website. We’ve tried to write it in normal language. If you keep using the site, you’re agreeing to the points below.
What We Get From You
Reading our pages needs no account and no login. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send. When you use the contact form, that means your name, your email address, and your message. We use it to read what you wrote and to reply.
What We Get Automatically
Every website can see a few technical things about each visit, and ours is no exception:
- Your IP address and a rough idea of your location.
- The browser and phone or computer you’re using.
- Which pages you open and for how long.
- Where you came from, such as a search result or a link.
None of this tells us your name or who you are.
What We Do With It
We look at it to find out which tutorials people read, to fix pages that load badly, and to keep spam and bots out. We don’t follow you around the internet, and we don’t build a profile of you.
Your Accounts and Projects
We have no access to any app account, and we never need your login. Please don’t send us passwords, verification codes, payment details, or private video files. If something like that turns up in a message, we’ll delete it.
Cookies
We use a few cookies, which are small files saved by your browser. They keep the site working and remember simple settings. You can turn them off in your browser, though a few features might feel clunkier without them.
Sharing Information
We don’t sell it, rent it, or give it away. We’d only share something if the law required us to, if a proper request came from an authority, or if it were needed to protect the site or its visitors.
Keeping Things Secure
We keep the website’s software updated and limit who can see messages. But no website is ever completely secure, and we won’t claim otherwise.
How Long We Keep Things
Messages are kept only while we need them to reply or to meet a legal duty. After that, they’re deleted.
Links to Other Places
We sometimes link to app stores, official sites, and other pages. They’re run by other people, with their own rules, and we can’t see or control how they handle your information. A quick look at their policies is a good idea.
Young Visitors
We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has sent us something, tell us and we’ll remove it.
Your Rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the Contact Us page and we’ll sort it out.
If This Page Changes
We may update this page now and then. The newest version will always be the one you see here, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
