How to Use the Form
Add your name, a short title, and your message. Plain words are fine. If you’re asking about a specific tutorial, say which one so we aren’t left guessing.
When You’ll Hear Back
Normally in a few working days. If there’s been a big app update, we tend to get a flood of messages, so replies can be slower. We read everything, even when we’re behind.
Common Reasons to Write
- A step in a tutorial that doesn’t match your screen.
- A project that crashes or won’t export.
- Topics you’d like us to cover next.
- A page that won’t load or a broken link.
- Questions about privacy and your details.
If Something Isn’t Working
It helps a lot if you tell us the model of your phone, your Android or iOS version, and what happened just before the problem. If an error message appeared, copy it out exactly as written. “It keeps crashing” is hard to work with. “It closes when I add a third layer on my phone” is something we can try to reproduce.
What We Can’t Do
We aren’t the app’s developers or support team. We can’t fix bugs inside the app, recover accounts or lost projects, deal with purchases and refunds, or speak for the company. For those, use the official support channels.
